British Rock Star Joe Cocker is Dead!

A famous rock vocalist and musician Joe Cocker, 70, succumbed to lung disease on Monday.
British-born rock vocalist and musician Joe Cocker, 70, succumbed to lung malignancy on Monday, the Yorkshire Post reported.

He is best known for his spread of the Beatles' hit "With A Little Help From My Friends" which made the Top Ten on UK graphs, and a productive music profession of in excess of 40 years.


In 1983, the vocalist was allowed a Grammy Award for his US Number One title "Up Where We Belong", in a two part harmony with Jennifer Warnes.

Cocker passed on at his home in Colorado, in the wake of being a US inhabitant for a considerable length of time. In 2007, he was brought into the Hall of Fame in his home city of Sheffield, in England's South Yorkshir
